Les cellules sanguines portant ce r\u00e9cepteur s\u2019accumulent dans les poumons, ce qui conduit progressivement \u00e0 une insuffisance cardiaque droite.<br \/>\nPour ce test, seuls 5 ml de sang pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s lors d\u2019une prise de sang standard sont n\u00e9cessaires.
